"This hotel is really centrally located. But be warned, you need to take your luggage up stairs to the hotel on the second storey, there are no lifts, so this hotel wouldn’t suit people with mobility issues. The room was basic and clean with comfortable beds. We didn’t see any staff and our only contact with the staff went unanswered which didn’t matter because it was in response to something they needed, not anything we needed. "Oliver the owner couldn’t have been more helpful. The rooms were functional and clean and good value for money. The rooms are located close to the tram lines and we had easy access to see the sights of Zagreb. There we lovely little bakeries nearby where we could get breakfast. All in all an enjoyable stay"
