This little house for 4 persons is the perfect holiday home for a family or two couples. It is located in central Zandvoort, amongst shops and restaurants, right behind the beach. 5 minutes from Zandvoort train station.

The house is private and equipped with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. It has a modern and bright interior with lots of light and space. The ground floor consists of a half-open kitchen with modern appliances, a super comfy lounge and dining area. On the first floor, you will find two bedrooms and one bathroom.

- Bedroom 2: two single box spring beds can be pushed together

The house has central heating, but on cold days, you can make it extra cosy with the wood burner in the lounge area.

➤ Parking: 2022: we have a parking pass available that allows you to park for free at terrain De Zuid (upon availability). 2023: before your arrival we will provide you with a link that allows you to easily reserve your paid parking space in advance.

➤ Parties and other disturbances are not accepted.

## Neighborhood


Zandvoort has something to offer for almost everyone. From lots of beach clubs and restaurants in summer, where you can have great food and drinks to more quietness to enjoy nature in the winter times. Generally, all you need is closeby and mostly in walking distance. What are you looking for in your trip?

The village is embedded by two National Parks; De Waterleidingduinen and Kennemerduinen. So besides strolling the beach those are two great areas to walk or cycle. There's so much more you can do! For instance mountain-biking around the race-track, learning how to wave- or kitesurf and you can even get your PADI. Did you know that Zandvoort also has a nude beach as well?

We also have a great race-track called "Circuit Park Zandvoort" (1.2 km), Owned by a member of the Dutch Royal family. They organize a lot of activities and festivities there, like DTM and Historic Grand Prix. Maybe you want to get your race-license?

Last but not least, from Zandvoort you can easily get to Amsterdam by public transport which allows you to combine an exciting citytrip with a relaxed getaway next to the beach.

## Transit

Zandvoort aan Zee has its own train station to which you can get in just 27 minutes from Amsterdam Central and 45 minutes from Schiphol Airport. There is a direct line to Haarlem as well. Depending on your plans, public transport will get you around very well. We will share a handy website to plan your route.
