"It may have been a little too small for our family of 4(maybe for a couple or family of 3 would still be doable), but it was very tight for us but we made it happen! Especially with 2 teenagers, we were breathing in each other's necks! Overall, staff was very helpful and accommodating. Tanaka-san helped us with everything we needed and beyond(luggage transfers) We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again in the future!"

"Location is beautiful but inconvenient as there are no restaurants close by or convenient stores. There were many different types of smells, all unpleasant, as you walk into reception, the bathroom, the hallway and your room. The pillows were made of wheat and were incredibly small and uncomfortable. The futon beds made you itchy and were quite thin.
