Our house is new and modern.
3 min away from the Sparkle lake
Where u can fish and swim!
Close to everything! ( restaurants, park, shopping mall)
Children are welcome House is fenced with new Webber grill and patio inside .
Across the road we got amazing FDR park only 40 min from NYC.
We do have outside camera for your safety and security
Please do not do any laundry after your dog in the house such as ( blankets, beds, other stuff) And please don’t shower your dogs in the house . Sorry but we tryig to keep the house allergy free to the others .

Cute property
We were happy to find a vrbo in Yorktown. Property is very well appointed. The host was very responsive. Driveway was very difficult to manage with 2 cars. Pulling into driveway from the very busy road was very tricky. Would help to cut back tall hedges to make pulling out easier. Overall a very nice property and good option.

Perfect House

Clean, convenient and comfy
This property worked so well for us. We were here for a family reunion in Mt Kisco so my husband and I and our son and his wife and our two grandchildren stayed in this three bedroom home. Although it isn’t a large home there was enough space for all of us. It has a big fenced-in back yard and in the converted garage there is a pool table and other games. The location is convenient to shopping and restaurants. It is off a somewhat busy road so there is some traffic noise. The home was very clean and was furnished with plenty of dishes and kitchen items as well as blankets and pillows. Although we never met the owner, she was very pleasant and responded quickly to my questions. We were very pleased with the home and would stay here again. Thank you!

Superb location and incredible host and home
The host provided an immaculately clean home with everything we needed. All kitchen supplies were included even spices, teas, coffee and filters for coffee maker. Bedding and towels galore were provided along with comfy throws for the couch. The host remotely turned on the heat when the temperature fell. There is a game room with pool table and a large screen TV. The host also left fliers for food deliveries. The house is near FDR park which is lovely to walk. Shopping is close by. The host was very attentive to our needs.

Great Place to Stay
I was there visiting family and for a wedding. There was so much to do at the house. There were so many games, pool table, badminton, darts, etc. that we never got bored. The house was clean, with tons of towels, spices, and a fully stocked kitchen. We really enjoyed ourselves and would definitely stay again if in the area.

Highly recommend this beautiful house in Yorktown Heights for those visiting NYC and/or West Point. Hosts could not have been more accommodating, and the house is very well provisioned. We enjoyed the well-stocked kitchen as well as the wonderful game room, complete with many games and a pool table! We were too busy during our stay to take full advantage of the beautiful backyard, but it is very private and has a nice gas grill for use. There is also a hot tub though it was not yet ready for use when were there. All in all a perfect private and relaxing place to stay when visiting the greater NYC area!

Lovely Stay
The place was clean and mostly kid-friendly (some crystal in low places). There was a game room and a huge TV. It was really nice to have the boys playing pool while the girls watched TV. My husband and I actually had peace and quiet as we sat in the kitchen and talked. We really enjoyed our stay. The temperature was comfortable and so were the beds.

Our stay was the perfect location to enjoy the area: our grandsons high school graduation and party, hiking at FDR Park, a train ride to a Yankees game. The house was clean and well furnished, our host was welcoming, and the game room lots of fun.

Modern getaway in the Hudson River Valley
April 2022 - Stayed for a week at this renovated and updated single-story home in Yorktown. Great communication from hosts, and we found the home to be wonderfully clean, with new appliances, including giant 70+" smart TV, washer/dryer, dishwasher. The single car garage has been converted into a game room, with a pool table, dartboard, and stocked with lots of family board games. There's a 2-burner Weber grill and a hot tub in the back, but we did not use the latter as it was still cool out the week we visited. There are three bedrooms: two large bedrooms with queen beds with a third bedroom with a twin bed with trundle pull out, very efficient use of space. Immediately nearby are FDR state park. ~30 minutes away are LegoLand theme park, Woodbury Common, US Military Academy at West Point, and Bear Mountain park. The rental is situated on a main road, set back about 40-50 feet; the low din of traffic is audible but not disruptive. All in all, a great base from which to explore the Hudson river valley!

Lovely space near many attractions
We had a lovely time. The owners were attentive without being intrusive. The house was near several good grocery stores and near FDR Park. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to cook our meals at home. The appliances were state of the art. They have a large TV which we hooked up our computers and Switch. Playing video games on such a large TV was nice.
