"Excellent villa for two families with teenage boys staying for fortnight. Clean property and good size (warm!) pool which was well maintained throughout our stay. Very comfortable beds and the addition of fans during our stay was appreciated. Rural location with great views of volcano and coastline, no concerns with disturbing others or others disturbing us! "Upon evening arrival, found property uncleaned, and no clean bedding or towels available. Contact with locaL agent allowed a cleaning team to arrive next day, but no property alternative was suggested, and a sleepless night in sundry bits of possible clean bedding followed. the cleaners arived we departed to allow them to work on the property, upon our return found that shoes were missing, scooped up by the cleaners, local agent chased but never found. "Great villa and great location.. Having a shallow pool for my grandson was brilliant and such a nice touch. Communication with both the owner and Ted who manages the villa was faultless. It was good to see that there was lots of condiments and left over stuff in the cupboard (olive oil/pasta/spices/flour etc as the majority of villas throw everything away..) "Due to a medical issue, we had to find accommodation at very short notice. How lucky we were to find this!! We know the complex very well having stayed there many times. This property has everything you could want and is in a great position on the plaza. Especially important for us at this time was WiFi availability and this was excellent. Over and above the property, the owner and the caretaker were absolutely brilliant, not only flexible and helpful, but genuinely concerned for our situation....
