Other Things to Note:
Remember that you will be arriving at a condominium, not a hotel, so it is important to be aware of some rules you will need to follow for the comfort and safety of everyone:
1. Upon check-in, as an essential requirement to enter the condominium, you must leave a deposit of $2,000 (two thousand pesos) as a guarantee for the remote control of the automatic gate, as well as for damages in common and private areas or infractions of the regulations. This is not an extra charge, since if you leave everything in order and the control in perfect condition, it will be returned to you upon departure.
2. Upon entering, you must show an official identification and sign the regulations, thereby agreeing to comply with them.
3. Visits from people not listed as authorized occupants on the reservation are not allowed.
4. The use of speakers in common areas is prohibited, as is holding parties or noisy gatherings, using electronic equipment at high volume, or making any noise that may be bothersome to other guests. This is a place for rest and relaxation.
5. It is forbidden to cause altercations or perform any act that affects and/or disturbs the stay of other guests, even when inside the studio. This is a 100% family-friendly environment.
6. Always treat the staff and security personnel in the condominium with respect. They help make your stay enjoyable.
7. The pool and jacuzzi hours are from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
8. The use of large rows in common areas is prohibited.
9. Please do not hang clothes or towels on the railings.
