Location is high up so there is a sliver of sea views through the rapidly developing concrete jungle of Akyaka. The man I spoke with on the phone was friendly, polite and helpful.The porter he sent to help with the luggage saw me at the top door to the property and instead of coming up there to help, he waved at me to come down to him with all my luggage. Fortunately my taxi driver kindly helped me to carry the luggage to the porter! There were a few other problems. Most important one is the location.
