"Tge hotel ia clean and modern, but the service and the breakfast is terrible, over allrge hotel is average and not worth the money, the best part us the swimming pool, but the management shoukd work more with the staff in terms of customer service, the breakfast is average...omelette is runny ..oan cakes burnt...not worth tge monet and wont recommends. "We had a family vacation and this was the best idea we could have had. We chose to have the full board so we didn't have to worry about finding food outside of the hotel. The pools were great for the kids, grandparents, and even siblings. The food was always a variety and really good. They gave us a deal on hotel rooms as we were renting more than 2 rooms for multiple days They are always accommodating, and because we go there every year the restaurant manager even remembers us."

"Everything was fine, customer service was really great especiall (Majdi) who was very helpful and friendly. The activity team were friendly and really good. Hotel room was great, and they provide us an amazing gift upgrade. The area around was calm and everything is close to the hotel. Thank you so much, medina solaria stuff. "Ceci n'est pas un hôtel 5* sur base des critères européens, au mieux c'est un 2*. This is not a 5* hotel considering the European standards, best case it's a 2*. The restaurant is a dirty canteen, noisy, with awful food. The rooms are dirty with oldish equipment...the door to our terrace couldn't be properly closed. The elevators sometimes do not properly close either by the way, so we used the stairs to go to our rooms at the 3rd floor. Safety first! The tennis court is...not a tennis...

"Stayed here before. Lovely spacious room and bathroom. Not as thoroughly cleaned as I woud have expected for a 5* as evidenced by hairs in bathroom and shower and sand on console table and floor. Staff generally ok and friendly but not as warm/attentive as in some other local hotels. Reasonable and fairly standard meal selection. Good salads and some freshly cooked foods (grilled fish, pizza, pasta omelettes etc.) Limited 'animation' more suited to couples seeking a quiet break than families...
