The property comes complete with a brand new pool (heated in cooler months) and outdoor entertaining and shower area, ideal for both children and adults to enjoy year-round. Downstairs, you will find the open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area, along with a master bedroom with an ensuite and a smart TV. Upstairs, you'll discover a bunk room with a double bed on the bottom and a single on top, a queen-sized bedroom, and a family bathroom.

The Neighborhood:
Pippi Beach is a pristine white sandy beach with great surf and is a mere eight minute or 650 metre flat walk from the property. The beach is long and perfect for morning and afternoon strolls.

The main street of town with restaurants, boutiques and bars is also 650m or an eight minute flat walk from this ideally located property.

Getting Around:
Walk, drive or cycle. Everything is close to Yamba Beachside Escape.

We have two retro bikes which you are welcome to use (BYO helmets) as well as a beach trolley to carry your beach essentials to and from the beach.
