Doncaster Apartment 3 Yamba

Spacious top floor apartment featuring an open plan living and dining area. The kitchen is fitted with modern appliances, furnishing and fittings. Travertine floors flow throughout the apartment, with beautifully proportioned high ceilings.

The lounge room has expansive ocean windows with sliding door access to a large undercover outdoor deck hosting an outdoor dining table. The perfect spot for a relaxing evening drink.

The master bedroom contains a king bed, which fills the room on a raised floor. Ensuite features shower stall and large spa bath. The 2nd bedroom is light, airy and hosts a Queen bed. The third has two single bed sand also has views of the ocean. The family bathroom is modern and large which hosts both a bathtub and shower stall and separate toilet.

The Doncaster 3 is located at the sought-after position on top of the hill which is centrally located within walking distance to three beaches: Main, Convent and Pippi Beach.

The apartment has all appliances including a BBQ to cook gourmet meals within. Enjoy all that Yamba has to offer while staying at The Doncaster 3. There is a good chance you wont want to leave!
