"We really enjoyed staying in this hotel! I chose this hotel because I knew the quality of Holiday Inn Express. I was not disappointed! The location is great, a short walk to the subway; food options are across from the street. Rooms are very clean, esp. the shower and the water stream!!! Breakfast was rich and diverse! The only thing is, but not the hotel’s fault, Orbitz reserved me small rooms around the elevator and corner rooms. I was told by Orbitz that I reserved a standard room and a room with a twin bed. However, the friendly hotel staff asked me to provide two email addresses and gave me a free upgrade of my rooms which are quiet and specious. I do not know what happened with Orbitz, but the outcome was good and we were very happy about our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel!! "

Everything was good, but in the non-smoking hotel, other guests smoked in the rooms and hallways, which was very inconvenient. The hotel fully sympathized and considered.
