"Kaibin apartment is located at the good location - close to( probably 10-15 minutes walk) the center of the city. Subway is just a few minutes' walk as well. The service is a bit slow but ok if you are patient. If you request something, they will do to meet your need. Some rooms has the washer and the dryer. "My first experience I ask opportunity of brand hotel for need helpful as reception staff was excellent hosting me going to find the right hotel.
