"Staff is very friendly, hotel is quiet which we liked. 2-3 floors blocks, spread out, well designed to make it calm and relaxing. Main Restaurant is great, with fantastic views facing the sea. Beach is good immediately outside hotel. Quiet area outside. Only things we didn’t like much was bathroom not having walls (yes, it was open, except toilet), the air con being positioned above bed instead of a place where you don’t feel the cold air blowing into us while sleeping and the mosquitos, which made leavibg window open impossible (mosquito nets in windows would have been great)"

"Far better than expected. Great food, beach access, wonderful staff. Wish the pools were kept open longer as they were the cleanest, clearest pools i have ever experienced. Great stay, hated to leave. "

"This was our 2nd time at Mitsis Rinela after trying a few of the Mitsis properties. The facilities and the sand beach are the main attraction for sure. Everything has been or is being refurbished and the hotel is really beautiful. Would highly recommend to anyone interested in an all inclusive resort. Only drawback for us as a couple was the number of kids around but that’s the summer for you. Not much can be done about that. "

Always there for your every need taking care of your every last concern All inclusive to the highest standards especially with our specific culinary needs the hotels nutritionist are always ready to do anything for your needs they where amazing both of them!!! And finally a great shout out to Vicky from the front desk she was amazing in every possible way!!! Thank you for the room upgrade!!!!!"

"Beautiful hotel. We upgraded to a sea view room with plunge pool which was stunning. The staff couldn’t do more for you and always greeted us with a smile. Brilliantly situated, just a short stroll to the centre of town on the flat. Would definitely recommend "

"We arrived at the hotel and immediately they upgraded our room to a room with a private pool (very nice, but unfortunately not usable). Everything was perfect and appreciated. The food in the main room is excellent and with a wide selection, the chef is always there with a big smile. On the other hand, in the two restaurants, unfortunately, the food is not made on site, Just heats it up and serves it. It's a shame, because these are good quality products! Anyway, this is not a complaint, just sharing our feelings. We definitely recommend the place, and of course we will go back there soon!"
