Boiler not heating water: The boiler did not heat the water; there were errors on the boiler suggesting the pressure was low . I have photos and, if needed, will share. 4. "Due to plumbing repair overrun we were called at 0650 a week before and moved to a flat in Westcliff (choice of 2). I thought I was talking to a Vrbo person and was confused that the property details was on a different provider"s site. The flat address was for the ground floor but the flat was on the 1st floor. Neither of the visible keysafes yielded the keys - found a third eventually. Spent ages trying the wrong flat door. Only 2 of us but the property was advertised for 5. Enough beds but no...

"Booking was easy with prompt communications and check-in was smooth. All the rooms were clean and well maintained as mentioned. The place was calm and lot to explore nature around us. Travel was easy into central London as the train station is just a short walk. I would definitely recommend this place. "

"This property exceeded our expectations. Our family of 12 was very comfortable here. Our five kids ranging from 9 to 17 enjoyed the pool, the gardens, the gym, the pool house games and the movie room. Many sitting rooms to sit as a family or to find solitude. Also, a short walk to the local pub, the Swan. We had an excellent time and highly recommend this property."

"Overall clean, new or renovated apartment, comfortable bed/pillows, nicely decorated room, nice bathroom. A cool bathroom mirror. No screens on the windows so we couldn't keep it open and enjoy the cool breeze from the attic because bugs were coming in. Hard to figure out wifi password. The main challenge we faced was we didn't get the check-in details in time. I had to message the host 3 times before they gave any check-in info, which by the way was to *call* their local number... "Check in was easy.Everything was tip top and very clean ,For future guests maybe a microwave sometimes when you are away for work or pleasure you don’t want to cook and a micro meal is easy. Also an outside table would be nice. "
