"The grassy knoll had everything, including ambience, tranquility, spacious, and the only thing we had to purchase was a cigar cutter, so the men could sit at the edge of the dock, reminiscing. So much to do and so little time to get it all done. The beds are comfy and the place was spotless. We enjoyed the extra little secrets of candy in the rooms and the adorable note left for us to read. huge yard that allows for mini activities. Thank you for a wonderful memorial day weekend."

"The house is comfortable and nicely decorated. The neighborhood is very quiet and somewhat remote. Sleeping arrangements worked with some adjustments for multiple families involved. Having said that, the bedrooms were as advertised. We thoroughly enjoyed the ADA to Spirit Lake. The dock is superb, and the patio is comfortable, The hosts are wonderful to work with and quickly addressed a couple of minor problems. It is an older structure and a few repairs are in order, but overall it was a 5-star...

"Toulets didnt work. Check in is late and check out is very esrly. It was 400 for one night and we had to stip the bedding before we left. The water park was very subpar. "
