"Visited for a two-night "staycation" with my wife and the hotel is excellent all around. We were in a Standard King in the contemporary wing, and the room was plenty big enough, with nice amenities and a great look. Staff were friendly and helpful, the location is perfect for walking around the town centre, there are tons of lovely areas to lounge (inside or out) and the tiny Falcon Coffee Lounge inside is a great touch. We wouldn't hesitate to return for another stay!"

"We had a great time as a family staying in the family deluxe suite. We used the pool facilities on both days of our stay. The splash time hours were really good so it allowed us to explore the area but still use the facilities. Breakfast- good selection kids had plenty to choose from. Overall great hotel and we will definitely be back next year same week as it was great location for access to the NEC"

"The Spanish receptionist made it for us (ricoco?) so friendly and likeable. Nice looking hotel lovely breakfast. Sadly the two things that let it down were paying for parking and the tiny “double” beds.. pillows not comfortable either.."
