Come stay in the quiet seclusion of the piney woods while being only 1 block from the closet park and lake access! This completely remodeled cottage home features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is nestled in the beautiful Ivanhoe subdivision. The garage game room features a mini fridge and pool table equipped with everything you need for hours of entertainment. Lake/park access to the many recreational areas is available using the included lifted Ez-go 6 seater golf cart and 12v powered trailered Pelican Boat. The property also features a 20' w x 50' l x 12' h covered RV slip with 30 amp service. The home is fully furnished with all appliances, linens, towels, toiletries and of course WiFi. Outdoor Hot Tub Area, Oversized Fire Pit Area, and 50 amp RV/Septic Connections upgrades will be installed prior to the 2024 season!!!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property. The home is nice and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. We were in town for a wedding and the home even had a iron and ironing board.

Cousin getaway!
This was a great property that really catered to our needs. The house exceeded our expectations. The weather was very cold, so we did not get to use the golf cart which would’ve been so much fun. The owner worked with us because we had to leave a day early because of the weather, the fireplace was wonderful the house was clean and well stocked we will definitely return.
