"Arrived on the biggest festival day of the year but staff was great and helped us navigate the crazy parking situation as the city gates were closed making their normal lot unavailable. Room was small as expected but perfectly located near everything. Breakfast was very good and lots of room for the packed house. Ate at the hotel restaurant which was very good as well. Ive stayed in Germany many times and this is the best hotel ive been too. The bar area and restaurant are dated, i assume how modern my room is, the hotel is having a revamp."
