"Ron's house is beautiful! We loved the screened porch and river view. The house is well stocked with all the necessities (dishes, linen, towels) and is beautifully furnished and Ron is a wonderful, responsive host with a great sense of humor!"

"My extended family has been gathering together somewhere each summer for the last 30+ years. This year we chose this property. It was a great venue for us. The big pool was the main draw as always and having the cover was wonderful in the rain. The lodges were clean and welcoming and accommodated our crowd well. There were two issues we encountered but the Leah was easy to reach and had the property manager working on them promptly. Overall excellent property."

"It was the perfect place for our small group. We just needed a place to sleep and shower overnight. The property was beautiful and we had a great time exploring. "

"Our extended family enjoyed our stay in spite of the few rainy days. The house has plenty of space and invites small group conversations as well as gathering of the clan for meals and activities. The lake was just the right size for the kayaks and paddle boards. Everyone loved the house. The host was very accommodating and gracious. Thank you, Julia, for sharing your home."

"I had my 50th Birthday party there for Memorial Day weekend. Amazing place!!!There is not one negative comment I can think of. I had a perfect celebration. There was so much to do there outdoor and indoor that I wish we could off stay longer. The owners were so nice. All my friends and family loved the house and the property. We all had a great time. "If you love peace, tranquility and the mountain air this is the place for you. The home is clean, well-stocked, very updated and perfect for a couple or family. The town of Hancock and the surrounding areas are very pet friendly. The river is just off the back yard and is clean, shallow and perfect for a dip or for your pet to swim. There are tubes for use, but we didn't use them because we had our dog. A special treat is the family of bald eagles who have a nest across the river. Every late...

"We couldn’t have been more pleased with this apartment above a wonderful coffee house. The place was pristine, communication with the owner was timely and friendly. We couldn’t have had a more relaxing and comfortable stay. The community is friendly with restaurants a few steps away. We enjoyed the farmer market as well.. We look forward to another visit. "
