We waren een half uur te vroeg maar dat was geen probleem. Met de sleutel kan ook de automatische hefboom van het park bedient worden. Dus geen gedoe met codes. Het appartement was netjes en voorzien van alle gemakken Helaas was het appartement zo gelegen dat het uitzicht niet optimaal was. Uitzicht op voornamelijk de andere appartementen. Geen zeezicht of zicht op de heuvels vanuit de zitkamer. Verder was er weinig privacy. We hadden het geluk dat de meeste appartementen niet bezet waren. Waren die wel bezet geweest dan zit je veel te dicht op de buren. Doordat het grenst aan de golfbaan, dorp en drukke weg waren de wandel mogelijkheden gelijk vanaf het appartement beperkt Eigenlijk maar een mogelijkheid maar dan moet je door een vaag pad en een stukje langs een drukke weg. Met de auto wel veel leuke verschillende wandelingen mogelijk. Boulogne s mer de moeite waard. Wimerieux op dit moment compleet open gebroken (wegwerkzaamheden). We hebben tot 1015 moeten wachten totdat we de sleutel konden afgeven.

Bij aankomst was het even zoeken naar degene van wie we de sleutel kregen. Er is geen receptie aanwezig en de sleuteldame spreekt alleen Frans. Gelukkig hadden we haar telefoonnummer gekregen van Belvilla. We kregen uitgebreide uitleg over het appartement en over de belangrijke plaatsen in de buurt. Het appartement is zeer compleet uitgerust. Er is zelfs een Ikea kinderstoel en campingbedje aanwezig. Keukenapparatuur te over. Alles is er. Met een gezin met twee kinderen die in een ‘groot’ bed passen is het ideaal. Het stapelbedje in de gang is daar prima voor. Wij hebben het campingbedje op de slaapkamer gezet maar dat slaapt toch niet zo heel ontspannen als je kind wild slaapt. Het was rustig op het vakantiepark. Veel huizen zijn privébezit (vandaar ook dat er geen receptie is). Hoewel je redelijk dicht bij de buren zit, hoor en zie je weinig van elkaar. Er is een speeltuintje en tennisbaan op het park. Het strand is niet zo heel ver maar toch een kwartiertje lopen. We hadden wel zicht op zee als we op een stoel gingen staan ) Het dichtsbijzijnde strand is heerlijk rustig en heel breed. Omdat het maar heel langzaam afloopt, is het verschil tussen eb en vloed groot.er is dus een groot stuk ondiepe zee. Ook ideaal voor kinderen. Verder zijn er geen voorzieningen op het strand. Het strand in het dorp is een stuk drukker, maar daar heb je natuurlijk wel restaurantjes en een boulevard.
