Casa Terracotta, a generous three-bedroom abode, comfortably hosts up to 8 guests. Its chef-inspired kitchen boasts premium stainless steel appliances, featuring a six-burner gas stove, oven, microwave, and refrigerator. The unique dining table sets the stage for delightful family meals, complemented by convenient bar seating options. The expansive butler pantry impresses with its generous countertop space, accommodating various tasks seamlessly. Casa Coop, a playful retreat, accommodates an extra 6 guests with a Queen over Queen bunk bed and a Queen sleeper sofa, making it ideal for kids and the young at heart. This vibrant space is perfect for gaming or fixing a snack with a convenient kitchenette equipped with a microwave and a compact mini fridge, adding to the excitement and enjoyment of the stay.
Introducing Casa del Avion – a brand-new haven where an open-concept kitchen and living room beckon. Featuring three bedrooms and two bathrooms, this property can sleep 8. Entertainment takes center stage with a pool table and foosball, complemented by plush couches for relaxation. The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and bar seating.
Casa Del Sol is a unique Quonset-style cabin that can sleep four people. The industrial-style kitchen is equipped with a stove, refrigerator, and Keurig coffee maker. The bedroom features a king-sized bed and a queen sleeper sofa for maximum comfort. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower, and there is a sitting area outside with a gas grill.
The outdoor oasis is the perfect place to relax and unwind. Guests can cool off or play a game of basketball in the outdoor pool, take a break and bathe in the sun on the patio loungers. The main patio features a large sectional couch, which is perfect for watching weekend games on the 60-inch flat-screen Smart TV. The optional damage waiver is $85.52 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
