With two bedrooms and one bath, its just the right size for a small family or a few friends looking for a home base for your next adventure. Plus, you're only one block from Castle st. where you can grab a morning coffee, shop for records, or eat some amazing food at RX or Olivero. Please note that this rental is the front half of a duplex with a shared back yard.

Lovely bungalow in a great location

My family met up to celebrate a birthday and graduation. The bungalow gave us the space we needed at a good rate. The location worked perfectly for us to hit the beaches and enjoy the downtown shops and restaurants. We would stay there again.

Wilmington Stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was in the perfect location. Very clean and felt safe. The owners were easy to talk to/get a hold of. We could come back again and again. Highly recommend
