First of all, the property was pristine and in a wonderful location. Secondly, the communication with our host was top notch. I would definitely recommend!
If you’re looking for somewhere in Wilmington where you can walk to everything great that downtown has to offer, you found it! It was a little noisy but never enough that bothered us or my children. I will definitely stay here again!
Great condo right in the heart of Wilmington's downtown. There is a $10/day parking deck right across the street that makes driving access convenient and all the food and bars you want within walking distance. Short walk to the water views. Being in the heart of downtown does mean noise though. There is a rooftop bar in the building with the condo and bars all around. The owner has thoughtfully included a sound machine which helps!

We enjoyed the neighborhood and the novelty of staying in the “attic” of a house, but I would agree that if you are above 5”8 you will need to be aware of the ceilings and shower. It was decorated with very minimal effort (and has a lot of potential) but the bed was very comfortable and super relaxing in its little nook in the back of the apt. Don’t plan on cooking anything here unless you bring a lot of your own supplies. We found street parking each day so no need to purchase the parking permit, but it is nice that it’s offered from the owner. It was overall a good stay and if you don’t mind walking, it’s a great location.

Nice place but loud
The condo itself very nice, but the rooftop bar/nightclub makes it impossible to sleep until after 2 am. The description does not accurately describe this. The night club pumps loud music and club goers scream and yell in the foyer area and on the stairwells. We stayed three nights (Thur-sat) and couldn’t get to sleep until after 2 am every night. During the day it was fine. Bring earplugs if you want to stay here.
This condo is on the second floor with a elevator in the building. The condo is absolutely beautiful decorated and has a fun modern vibe. The hardwood floors look original and gorgeous. The beds are very comfortable and the condo easily fit 4 adults.
We tend to do more cooking in then the normal family. There could be a few more pots, rather than all pans.
It is one block from the River Walk and I enjoyed walking in the mornings there! Also convenient at night for eating dinner out! It is a great location!! Downside is paying for parking. Evenings are free and so is Sunday!
Lori was very attentive and answered all questions we had. She has a great property! Thanks, Lori!
