"This is a comfortable, nicely maintained townhome a short drive from Furman University and downtown Greenville. Two bedrooms have super comfortable two-person beds and the other a day bed. The living room has plenty of space, nice furniture and a large TV. Kitchen is well stocked. It's a great place, all in all."

"Here are the positivesVery Clean, Plenty of linens, kitchen was well stocked of plates, pots, pans,etc. The location is Very close to Clemson. They also had a nice record collection. A BIG negative for us was no WIFI- even though you could use your phone as a hot spot, if you have Verizon as I do, I only had 1 bar so using my hotspot for TV was spotty at best, it kept buffering and then coming in low resolution. If you don’t care about WiFI or watching TV then you will be just fine. ...
