Lovely unit
Everything was exceptional except the check in process. Very busy, I had an inexperienced individual, who could not find my reservation, needed to call and ask for assistance on multiple occasions. Friendly but should have been in training as opposed to on her own. Family waiting in car were concerned while waiting, thats how long it took. The units we booked were perfect and facilities clean and so fun. Would go back for sure Thank you.

Great Property for Families
Great stay. Very clean. Comfortable beds (both king and the sofa bed). Updated bath. Amenities were great. We stayed during a very hot weekend, and the large outdoor pool was wonderful. We also lightly used the two game rooms. Our son was excited to experience the wide variety of free games. We had planned to play tennis and mini-golf but ran out of time. Only 13 mins from Busch Gardens - an easy ride - and only minutes from restaurants/shops. Highly recommend, no negatives to report, and would stay here again!

This was our second stay at Kingsgate. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The grounds are well maintained. The security of the premises is much appreciated. And all of the activities available on site are a bonus.
