Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located space. Situated a block from the beach and boardwalk and in between Morey's two beachfront waterparks.

This condo is brand new! More photos will be available soon.

Guests are asked to bring their own linens, towels and paper products. Washer and dryer available to use!

There is no parking on site but ample FREE parking a few blocks away. Street parking (metered) is also available out front.

Perfect location

Great spot really close the the beach. Fully renovated and close walking distance to everything! No parking near the house though.

1 bedroom condo

It was clean and beautiful. The only thing I would change is the blind in the bedroom. It was very thin and allowed the sun to come into our bedroom around 5 a.m. and wake us up

Cute little space

Very cute place with a nice set up. It was the perfect size for my son & I but could be really tight with more people. Great location. The only draw back for me was that the bunk bed was the only bed in the unit - which was very clearly stated but someone glossed over in my head. Lol. While super comfortable, the lack of privacy could be a problem.

Great location, clean stay!

I came with 3 other guys friends all about 35 years old. We thought it was going to be a tight fit but the place wound up to be perfect. Unit is actually bigger than I thought it was and fit all of us fine. Very clean and new interior, AC worked awesome, front and back porch was nice to hang out on. Will definitely return in the future. We left behind a spatula, tongs, a grill brush, some paper plates, and some 21+ beverages in the fridge to contribute to the next guests.

Great place

Everything was perfect. Owner was incredibly responsive. Would be perfect place during the summer. Little living room was very comfy with excellent TV. We didn't anticipate the extra large mattresses on the bunk bed. Thought it was going to be a single. So we brought the wrong size linens and wound up sleeping on the couches. Some may appreciate the food in the fridge. To us, it was not appetizing to see left over food from strangers, even in the freezer. This should be cleaned out after everyone's stay. There was a very dirty fork in the silverware drawer that grossed me out. Other than that, was a perfect stay. This is feedback to help the owner improve, as I thought it was overall excellent.

Blackout July 2023

The place was clean untill the power went out for 4 days with the owners food left in the fridge and freezer for us to clean out on our vacation …that we paid for. I was the first to reach out to them asking what was going about the power outage. Unacceptable. No accommodations (ice) were offered. The neighbors were yelling profanities and disgusting language. Other than that we had a great stay.
