"The property is near the board walk. Very nice quiet area. Walkable to the beach. Nice pool! The condo is very comfortable and very clean. I traveled with my husband and 2 teens. There is only one room to be shared. It has a full bed (which for us it was the downside of our stay) The mattress is hard as a rock that my hsuband and I couldn't sleep the 2 days there. We wakeup with pain all over our bodies. I told the owner and apparently this will be update in September. There is also a bumpbed....

"The Summer Sands property was perfectly located a block from the beach making it an easy walk for my 3 year old. The property was clean and spacious for my family and we really enjoyed the added bonus of 2 heated pools with the ocean being so cold this time of year. The property owners were very responsive and extremely helpful in answering any questions we had during our stay. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing family trip on the Jersey Shore."
