The facility is getting a bit dated and the (family) room, while spacious, was not very well appointed. Breakfast was great. Navigating the hotel's underground parking garage was a bit tight."

"Hotel Hirsch is an excellent hotel immediately outside the old town walls, less than a five minute walk to the nearby shops and restaurants in Fussen. Access to free parking on site. Hotel restaurant was excellent t for included breakfast. We enjoyed a very good dinner there too. "

"Within walking distance of the castles. We stayed in a historic building. Very charming with a view of the lake and castle. Everything was top notch from breakfast to facilities. "

"Really enjoyed our stay here. The room overlooked the front of the property, so there was traffic on Von Brug Strasse during the day. However, things really quiet down at night. Breakfast was included in our stay, and it was fantastic. So many choices, great coffee, and a very homey feel to the entire property. Would stay here again."
