"The family room was just the right size for our visit. It was compact, but good for a place to sleep. My toddler could reach all the switches and the tv, which made it a bit difficult to keep her away from. The staff were kind and generous during our visit by providing coloring sheets and cereal when they asked. Our room didn’t get serviced the first time it was requested, but eventually was the following day. Easy access to a Pizza Express and a Welcome Break which make it convenient when wanting to get something to eat and relax in the room for the evening. Easy parking. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was decent."

"Such a unique hotel, with lots of entertainment options, such as table tennis, darts, retro gaming. An amazing bar area, and communal spaces. Rooms are amazing. Very quiet at night too. "

"Perfect location peaceful and quiet, rooms are in excellent condition considering it’s been open for 5 years great Bathroom facilities with a great rain shower, also a great king size bed with 4 pillows 2 firm and 2 soft to cater for most people. Left early in morning to a good hearty breakfast at a reasonable price. Will definitely stay there again"

"Stayed here with my husband and 5 year old for 2 nights as we were going to Legoland. Great location as only a short distance to drive to Legoland from the hotel. Check in was easy and the staff were super helpful. The room was spacious and super comfy, the beds were great. I Love the Espa products in the bathroom. Breakfast was nice, lots of options, the only thing was the hot food on the line was a little cold. I didn’t like the paying to park I think it should be free when you have paid to stay in the hotel but it wouldn’t defer us from staying there again. Overall was great "
