"Me and my husband stay here at the cottage house was safe & looks exactly as shown in pictures! Host communication is excellent! Only issue I had was I spotted a dead roach and a few bugs in corners etc . In my opinion house keeping should kill critters and spray some insects spray! "What an incredible place. Right on the beach in pretty much your own private cove, pictures don’t do justice as to how beautiful this is. We had some overcast days and some wind which was expected. "North Turks, is a peaceful, beautiful location. Beach is pristine. It brings you back to simpler times. If you’re looking for dining, try middle Caicos mudjin bay. Beach and caves there are amazing and food and drinks are good. Buy your groceries in Provo as supplies are limited in the North island. Groceries are pricey but buy them in Provo and take them on the ferry with you. Most excursions are from Provo and you’ll need to ferry back there for them. Enjoy the tranquil beach and unwind....

"The picutres dont serve justice how beautiful the grounds are at this place. You have a private cabbana that looks like something out of a movie. The place is beautiful inside and out and very accomodating. We felt well taken care of and enjoyed every moment. Alison is the best host and we would 100 percent stay again. Good location to get to all the best parts of the island. If ypu domt feel like exploring for a day, just chill down at the teal blue waters at your doorstep. Incredible sunrises...

"Check in was easy but listing stated that there was AC and I didn’t know that it was located only in the bedroom. It was ok in the rest of the dwelling only when the bedroom door was open. Host responded but was slow with his responses I was greeted with many bugs and it was a very uncomfortable experience. Upon check-in we noticed how unusually warm the home was. I immediately reached out to LaToya to whom became defensive, argumentative and unwilling to properly resolve the issue.
