"Communication hosts Karin and Matt excellent booking to stay couldnt do enough for us. Wine and milk much appreciated. Property excellent 👌 clean everything there we could need. About 25 minute walk into Strarford where there is so much to do. Excellent pub and shop on the doorstep too. Highly recommend had a fabulous time away"

"A lovely well presented and equipped cottage, ideally located for day trips into Stratford upon Avon and Warwick. Teabags, coffee, milk, bread and butter were waiting for us when we got there. We loved the peace and quiet of the location and would have no hesitation in recommending this cottage to anyone looking for a break in this location."

"Had a lovely fews days in this gorgeous house. Comfortable, clean and well equipped. Great location. Everything is within easy walking distance and if you dont feel like cooking the food at the One Elm is very good. The only niggle we had was the level of heating as the weather had turned wet and chilly, and the stone and wooden floors meantbit sometimes felt a little cool."

"We stayed at Little Rushbrook cottages while visiting an event at the NEC, which was about 14 miles away. Checking in was very easy, parking was right outside the front door and the cottage was clean warm and comfortable, situated in a peaceful rural setting but still close to the city. We particularly liked the breakfast basket provided. it would have been nice to meet the owners and explore the area a bit more, but maybe next time. "

"This property certainly lived up to its title, Cotswolds Heaven! Very clean, comfortable, cosy and quiet and well equipped. The location was ideal being a short drive from Stratford and a little further from other Cotswold towns/villages. One of the owners Phil met us upon arrival and was super helpful walking us through the house and providing us with helpful information about the property and surrounding area. "A very enjoyable stay in the pretty and quiet village of Badby. The house was just as described and perfect for our needs. Good little playground and cafe and pub a short walk away. In a perfect world the curtains in the bedrooms would have blackout lining (for the summer sunrises) and the dishwasher would be replaced as the racks are shedding rust, but otherwise a fantastic stay."

"A top range property which had had a lot of thought put in to it but the while the under floor heating could be turned down it could not be put completely off and we were far to hot on occasion. It did feel a little impersonal and not to welcoming as the key was in the property and we had no contact at all with the owner or family "

"Wow...totally blown away by this cottage. It is so beautiful, clean, and immaculate. The host was great and even left us a few food item to get us started. The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in and all the finishing touches made the stay that more comfortable. "The pictures on the Expedia don't do justice to the place. Each room is a very lovely cabin in a very peaceful area. It's 5 minutes walk to the Birmingham Arena, so if you need a place to stay after a gig, that's definitely the best solution.
