"Property was ideal size and location was good. Under the impression i was able to park in the land next to the property but was told off by another resident. Was advised by owner there is on road parking- should have read this properly! Apartment smelt of cigarettes and cannot take smell out from clothes. Shower had mould around grouting of tiles and needs bringing up-to date. Mattress - springs broken and had a dip did not sleep much. Extractor needs a good clean can see grease on top. Need...

"Beautiful garden with a pond. Great outside and inside spaces for eating in big groups. Lovely large hot tub. A downstairs shower would be a lovely bonus."

"Lovely property near to many local amenities, better suited to a family with children rather than 6 full size adults, not because it’s small but just the logistics of seating/lounging/eating. Great garden and outdoor space, loads of hot water for everyone! "

"Great property. Very spacious. Clean and everything you would need for a great stay. Wonderful area. Lots within easy reach. Went up to London by train for the day. Recommend the Shoulder of Mutton pub for a nice lunch and Wendover Plaice on the Tring Road for good size portions of fish and chips. All in all great stay with a surprise big tv and sound bar in the master bedroom."

"I recently hosted my baby shower here. The house worked really well for this as had lots of parking and free parking on the road and the open plan room at the back meant we could all be in the same room. Fernando was very helpful and had great communication in the lead up. My family stayed at the property too. Unfortunately there were some leaks but I believe Fernando is aware and sorting these."

"Such a lovely house - we wished we could stay longer. Perfectly clean and everything we needed in the house. Beds really comfortable. We wanted to be tourists in Oxford and the house is very close to the bus stop so everything was easy."

"No communication about how to get in until I asked so we were stuck outside for half an hour. It was freezing when we got in. Put the heating on straight away and it took about 5 hours to warm up as many of the windows need replacing and two of them are so broken they won't shut. The whole place has a cheap feel, bad bedding, not enough pillows, fridge noisy. I'm glad we only had one night booked. It was fairly clean. Lots of things offered on the website didn't exist, like printer or internet...

"Fantastic stay, great staff. Ala, the team manager and staff were amazing. Friendly and helpful. Lovely to see happy staff who enjoy their work and nothing was to much trouble for them. Ala, as soon as he greeted us and heard that we were Welsh, he actually said a few Welsh words to us! Very impressive 😃 Great hotel and very relaxing, in the centre of the hub. From the moment I arrived, the staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome. A special shoutout to Allen at reception, who was incredibly helpful, professional, and made check-in seamless. He answered all my questions with a smile and ensured I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. At the bar, Belle and Ashwin were absolutely wonderful. They were friendly, attentive, and made the bar feel like a relaxed, welcoming place to unwind after a long day. Their service was top-notch, and their warm personalities really stood out.
