"Property was ideal size and location was good. Under the impression i was able to park in the land next to the property but was told off by another resident. Was advised by owner there is on road parking- should have read this properly! Apartment smelt of cigarettes and cannot take smell out from clothes. Shower had mould around grouting of tiles and needs bringing up-to date. Mattress - springs broken and had a dip did not sleep much. Extractor needs a good clean can see grease on top. Need...

"Loved our little place in Grantchester- it was so quaint and had everything we needed. Grantchester is a lovely little village. Parking was available just outside, the unit was clean and it was the perfect size for us. The place is decorated with the host's artwork which is lovely. Our hosts, Tess and her husband, lived next door and were always available (but we had no problems). The location is quiet and an easy drive to Cambridge. "The property is in need of decoration, and maybe a new front door ? For the price, we expected a lot better. Don’t like the idea of a security camera pointing right at you in the back garden (and I don’t believe it has anything to do with security) Paying a fee for a deep clean ? "It is a good place for a short stay. It seems some rooms are tiny. I got a small room which is only enough to put a double bed. My advice is to confirm the room size before you book. "

"Liked the ease and location of the property. It was great place to put our heads down for our visit to family who live locally. I would probably use this place again in the future. Two minor things I would change if it was my property. Better curtains or curtains over the blinds for the bedroom. ( the Venetians let in quite a lot of light for a bedroom) The other thing is the bed in the bedroom is comfortable but is very creaky. Each time you roll over it creaks which is sadly not terribly...
