"It was like stepping into the Wayback Machine and returning to the Gilded Age of the late 1800’s. The architectural features (hexagonal bathroom floor tiles, steam radiators, vaulted ceilings with crystal chandeliers, framed historical photographs of the area, etc etc). You get the idea. We could have spent an extra day just exploring the nooks and crannies of the building. The breakfast buffet was filling and offered a variety of good food. Good value for the money. Wellsboro is a delightfully quaint small town. The buildings along Main Street and side streets are a photographer’s dream come true. Don’t miss the Tioga County Courthouse!"

"The room with kitchen was great. All the facilities inside were very nice. Outside could use some landscaping, and a little paint. There is lack of clear instructions upon arrival. Recommend calling the owner in advance to avoid confusion. We would stay there again. Lowing of the cows is very restful."
