"My son spent the first two hours we were there weed whacking the back grassy area. No ladder to get in and out of water from dock. House itself was great and loved the quiet area it was in. Overall we had a wonderful time."

"Overall the stay was great, however there was still laundry that was folded and put away, laundry in the washer that was wet and a load in the dryer, not a huge deal, but a little of a pain. We also didn’t have enough wash rags for bathing, but plenty of towels. It was great having the daily passes for the water park, our kiddos loved it. We would book with individual again but hope the laundry is taken care of."

"Perfect house for a group a friends. We were not able to swim unfortunately, due to the some chemical levels is the water in our area, but other than that is was great! The fosset in the kitchen started to spray water but we contacted Tammy and she was able to get someone to come out same day"

"Property is cute and comfy. Outside concrete stairs are steep. Narrow and dangerous. NO HANDRAIL. Need slip resistance in bath tub. If these two things could be addressed. It would be a lovely stay."

"Property was as advertised and communication with the host was excellent. It was too cold when we were there to take advantage of the outdoor spaces. The garage was excellent. Our 2019 Tahoe was able to fit, and having access through an ap was very convenient. We walked to the Old Market, Leahy Mall, ConAgra Park, CHI Center...great not having to worry about parking."

"Condo was very clean and well maintained. Check in/check out instructions were very clear and easy to understand. Communication with owner was also super easy. Kitchen had a few of the staple dishes, pots and pans which was helpful. Everything exceeded our expectations and we will definitely go back!"
