"The house appears to be recently totally renovated, all new appliances, great location, and very easy communication with the property manager. We would definitely return to this property!"

"Great location. Loved the deck overlooking the water, the dock, the kayaks and the pool right next to the house. We mostly stayed around the house and the bay. Local free beach was close by with no one there on cooler windy days. Host, Maria, was very responsive to questions we had."

"This was our third stay at this property. The house is very clean, comfortable, and well stocked. The location is great- a nice walk to the beach, close to many stores, restaurants, etc. Des is very helpful and easily accessible by text- he has always answered any questions very quickly. A great place to stay!"

"This little hotel may not have many amenities but it is clean and safe and best of all it is walking distance to so many things including the charming Hyannis downtown and the harbor, Kalmus beach, JFK museum, Ferry to Nantucket and so many amazing downtown restaurants. 2 bus lines come from the airport to the other side of downtown - you can bring your suitcase a safe15 minute walk from the bus terminal to this hotel. A great deal for people who don't feel like renting a car, love a deal, and are ok with some walking."
