"My wife and I stayed here in April while visiting relatives in Pinehurst. The location was very central and close to everything we wanted to do. Although we were not there for golf, it would have also been a very convenient location. Property was very clean and it was enough space for two adults to spread out and the kitchen/dining area was well stocked for our needs. We would definitely return for a future family visit."

"Very clean place. The host was very nice. I was there with my son and a few times we came in after the sun went down so it was dark as whatever outside. The host knew I wasn’t back yet and turned on the outside lights for us so we could see, I am thankful for that. I would definitely say here again when I travel back there. "

"Perfect stay close to my workplace in Sanford. Its a quiet, chill, safe location. Traffic to and fro Sanford was easy with no heavy traffic. Owner was extremely thoughtful and provided some basic toiletries like disposable toothbrush, toothpaste, shower gel, even Cue tips. Snacks,Coffee and tea keurig kcups were provided as well. The apartment was very quiet as well. Could not hear the owner even though apartment was in the same structure."

"Place is convenient to get to downtown Southern Pines as well as Pinehurst. Comfortly furnished with some nice touches such as the coffee and bar setup. would have preferred to having individual containers of the shampoo, soap etc. The full bath is shared between the two bedrooms. Nice to know before you go. Outdoor furniture needs a little love. I would stay there again. "
