This luxury unit has everything for your stay. Just 7 minutes from from the popular shops, 10 minutes from Rio Grande Valley Premium Outlets, & 30 minutes from Valley International Airport! This private second floor apartment with 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom does also include a 55" Smart TV, queen sized beds, a fully equipped kitchen, dining table and a free coffee bar! Exterior cameras for guests’ security.

This gorgeous modern unit offers you a wonderful place to relax after a working day, go shopping, and explore the Rio Grande Valley.

Please read these house rules before booking:

1. Visitors are allowed up to two hours per day and must register in advance with the host. No more than 6 people are allowed at the same time, including guests and visitors. A fee of $50 per additional guest per night will be added.

For long stays a refundable $700 deposit will be required at the time of booking.
