In the midst of 4 Beach Towns Wells, Ogunquit York & Kennebunkport. This home is just a 3/4 Walk or Jog to Wells Beach, or 4min Trolley Bus Ride! Or just 1.25 miles to Gorgeous Moody/North beach in Ogunquit. All Linens provided beds are made plenty of towels, the house is ready for you to start your memorable vacation!

3 Kings, 1 Queens & 2 Twins altogether. First floor has One King bedroom , Upstairs bedroom #2 1 King with outside deck #3 Queen with twin bed # 4 King & pull out twin. One full bath on each floor. First floor bath has large walk in shower, tub/shower combo in upstairs bathroom. Full Kitchen, dishwasher, washer & Dryer, Heat & air Conditioning, dining room, sunroom, outside deck with Patio Furniture, lounge chairs Gas BBQ Grill.

This House is clean well layout centrally located! Hurry the summer weeks will reserve fast!

Very homey, welcoming property. The home was supplied with everything including all food staples, paper products, more than ample towels and showering/bathing supplies, filtered drinking water, several living/family rooms, excellent air temperature control, TVs in all bedrooms and family rooms. etc. To use this home, the only thing that would be needed is your clothes. We experienced a very minor problem with a defective smoke detector that began beeping. The owners arrived to remedy the problem within 5 minutes of being notified. We could not have had a better experience and would recommend this site without qualification.

Family vacation

I haven't been to Wells in about 20 years and didn't know what to expect. The house was perfect for my family. Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, but close enough to alot of things. Sarah was so kind, answering questions about the area and taking us over to the house and going over everything with us. The house has all you need and some nice extras. We would definitely come back here again!

Good for multi-generation family get together

Very clean and well stocked with towels, sanitizers, paper products, etc. About 2 miles walk to nearest beach where you can plop your beach gear down. We walked it the first day and drove after that. Nice bedrooms, two living rooms, teens used one and the grands used another. Smallish dining room.

No pool at the house but pool was available at Oguinqit resort close by.
