"Great customer service. The pool is small but heated and nice. Continental breakfast included decent coffee, and an auto pancake maker. There is an elevator, and it's a small hotel so getting in and out to parking was easy. My only complaint is that the bathroom door swings very close to the toilet so it was cramped trying to change and get in and out."

"Proerty need a little remodel but is was very quiet very clean everyone respectable. Staff there willing to help you with a smile on there face. Everything was in working order if there any issues the gentleman who handles it get right too it. Very sweet gentleman and go beyond to help his guest. "

"The property/room was very clean and up to date. The staff were exceptionally friendly. The only complaint I have is that there were ants and bugs in and around the pool so much that my granddaughter wouldn't swim and I had to carry her back to the room."

"The hotel has a lovely view of the river and Lake Erie. It is walkable to the lakeshore and Huron Lighthouse. There are dinning options nearby, and it it convenient to other sights in the area. The interior and exterior has been recently renovated. The room we stayed in had new beds, furniture and carpet. There is also new carpeting in the hallways so everything is fresh and clean."
