"This property has lovely surroundings, peaceful and calm. Hotel was lovely and clean overlooking the golf course. Staff were friendly & efficient, maybe could benefit from extra bar staff on a weekend from extra flow of traffic from people staying in hotel along with popular golfing groups. Only down side was the pool was broken so not able use which was very disappointing sadly the issue was not fixed from the Thursday -Sunday . Over all a great place to stay . We will definitely visit again ! Thank you to all the staff who looked after us xx "

"This is a great place to stay highly recommend! Reasonably priced and very good value. The room we had was quite comfortable on the top floor with a private balcony area, perfect for us smokers. We were right in the heart of the center easy walking distance to castle and pubs/ nightlife. The front desk is located just across the street and the staff were all super friendly and helpful! Would stay again for sure if ever back in the area great job!"

"The hotel location is fantastic, walking trail is on the door step, it’s so beautiful and peaceful with full of buttercups in the meadowlands. Wonderful National Trust Houses and Gardens like Melford Hall, Lavenham Guildhall and Ickworth all in 30 minutes driving. Besides the sound proof is weak, room #8 is good size for a single occupancy, although I paid for a double room. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. "
