Penthouse with roof terrace and an unobstructed view of the Hohenstaufen.

Beautiful penthouse apartment on the outskirts of Wäschenbeuren, terrace with jacuzzi (May-Oct), view and grill. This modern furnished apartment with high ceiling has a bedroom and bathroom with walk-in shower. The spacious living room has direct access to the large, surrounding terrace with a view of the Hohenstaufen, free WiFi everywhere. All rooms are connected to the hot air heating and are spread over 120 square meters of living space.

From the terrace you can enjoy a 180 degree view of the 684 m high Hohenstaufen mountain from the heated whirlpool.

A parking space in front of the house is available for you. Two bakeries, butchers and a supermarket can also be easily reached on foot in 9 minutes.

Bike tours:
The start of the Stauferland cycle route: Göppingen - Schwäbisch Gmünd is only 180 m away. It is an ideal starting point for day bike tours along the three Kaiserberge mountains or in Fils and Remstal.

The laundry castle and the Lorch monastery with its extensive grounds offer the opportunity for an excursion into the medieval history of the area.

On foot:
Hikes across the three Kaiserberge mountains, depending on your mood, offer a day-filling program with multiple opportunities to stop off when the weather is nice.

A three-hour circular hike around the Herrenbach reservoir at the resort town of Adelberg (13 minutes away).

Perfect home away from home!
The Penthouse Apartment is absolutely perfect - a lovely apartment with beautiful views. The apartment is spacious and open, new, stylish, very clean, and well-furnished with everything that one needs for a very pleasant, relaxing stay plus a comfy king size bed with a big en-suite bathroom with both tub and separate shower, private parking space and a huge surrounding terrace. After traveling in Europe for three months staying in a variety of very nice lodgings, we found this apartment to be the very best. Bakeries were within walking distance. The hosts are wonderful - so friendly, helpful, accommodating and made us feel very welcome. A very special thank you for the delicious holiday treats and festive Christmas decorations! Our stay was so comfortable and enjoyable - we felt right at home and have a hard time leaving. We would definitely stay here again if we return and would highly recommend the apartment. It is definitely a 10+!

Mooi verblijf in mooie omgeving
Mooie woning in een mooie omgeving. Vanaf het dakterras met jacuzzi uitzicht op het bos. Ideaal om te wandelen met de honden. Ontvangst zeer hartelijk.

Ein perfekter Urlaub in einer perfekten Ferienwohnung
Die Ferienwohnung ist wunderschön! Alles ist wie im Inserat beschrieben. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Besonders toll fanden wir, dass auf viele Kleinigkeiten geachtet wurde, wie Salz, Pfeffer, Küchenrolle, Toilettenpapier,…. Das Highlight war natürlich die große Dachterrasse mit dem Whirlpool! Wir kommen gerne wieder!!!

Traumwohnung in einer Traumumgebung!!
Eine Wohnung, die erstklassig ist! Ausstattung, Lage und ein traumhafter Blick von der Terrasse. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen, man gab uns das Gefühl, dass man jederzeit für und da. Empfehlenswert sind E-Bikes, es geht ganz schön rauf und runter.... wir haben tolle Touren gemacht. Zur Fewo: Alles wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos! Der Wirlpool ist toll! Zur Fewo gehört übrigens auch eine Waschmaschine und es bestand auch die Möglichkeit, direkt vor der Tür zu parken. Danke für eine tolle Zeit!!!

Toller Entspannungsurlaub, echt klasse!
Ich bin mit meinem Partner in den Pfingstferien spontan auf diese Ferienwohnung gestoßen und wir haben direkt gebucht. Der Kontakt über fewo-direkt war gleich sehr positiv. Als wir dort ankamen, wurden unsere Erwartungen wirklich übertroffen. Die Wohnung ist deutlich größer als ich sie von den Bildern erwartet hätte. Auch der persönliche Kontakt und die kurze Führung waren sehr positiv. Mit viel Liebe und Stil wurde die Wohnung eingerichtet. Das Highlight ist natürlich der Whirlpool auf der Dachterasse mit Blick ins Grüne - welcher zuvor frisch desinfiziert wurde. Wir waren wirklich sehr zufrieden und werden definitiv wieder kommen!
