The Space:
The unique flat with an area of 68 m² will happily accommodate 6 people. It is located on the 3rd floor. It consists of a spacious living room, a separate kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. It has a pleasant, bright décor with wooden elements, which creates a cosy homely atmosphere. Our guests will be able to fully relax and have a wonderful time during their holiday in the capital. The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed, a TV with SmartTV function and a table with chairs. Both bedrooms have double double beds and one of them has a desk ideal for remote working. This will allow our guests to take care of business duties while away. The separate kitchen has been equipped with all the necessary utensils and amenities such as an oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. These are sure to make preparing meals in the flat easy and enjoyable. The cosy bathroom with shower includes a washing machine, hairdryer, towels and toiletries. Fresh linen for each guest and WIFI internet access are also provided. The flat is also happy to accommodate your pets for an additional fee.

The Neighborhood:
The flat is located in the very centre of Warsaw, on Nowy Świat Street. It is a great location for those wishing to visit the most important attractions of the capital or for those who have come here on business. The divinity of the Central Railway Station and the Palace of Culture and Science are undoubted assets of this place, the distance to them is only 1 kilometre. It is certainly worth going to the viewing terrace located on the 30th floor of the Palace of Culture. From there, you can admire the magnificent and unique panorama of the city, take a souvenir photo or spend a pleasant time in the café located on the top. The very well connected neighbourhood guarantees easy access to all parts of Warsaw and surrounding cities. Near the flat there is a metro station (170 m), as well as many bus and tram stops. The neighbourhood also offers a wide range of shops, cafés and restaurants. Each of our guests will certainly choose something perfect for themselves. Only 1.2 km from the flat is the famous Saski Garden with its beautiful fountain and the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. From here you can reach Warsaw's Old Town with the Royal Castle and the Sigismund's Column on foot. There are also many grocery shops close to the flat, which will make it easy for our guests to do their daily shopping.
