A generous lake house with plenty of extras including fun contingencies for a rainy day including a full/separate arcade, game room, and sheltered recreational area. 75-100 feet from the hill the home sits upon to Little or Big Barbee Lake.This is the perfect spot for the whole family with plenty of beds, bathrooms, and living space. One dock spot is available and other spots are possibly available upon request. Food is just feet away and so are the lakes! 4 Bedrooms with 3 Bathrooms and plenty of sleeping space for 14+ Adults and a few kiddos on top! Game Garage Includes: Nucanoe electric fishing kayak
