This lovely 3-bedroom home is one of a kind - overlooking the CBD of Warrnambool, whilst being surrounded by lush gardens, it will make you feel at home right away.

All Three bedrooms are roomy and include Queen beds with room to spare - the main bedroom has a corner chair, perfect for an afternoon read plus a split system to keep you cool in the summer. The second bedroom includes a desk in case you need to bring light work on your getaway.

The main Lounge area also makes the most of the positioning of the home, watch the sunset as you Indulge in garden views from every window in the home or sit outside on the veranda for an alfresco breakfast, lunch or dinner. There are 2-seater couches available to relax and unwind whilst watching a movie, with the benefit of having access to the homes WIFI - you will never miss a beat. The home is heated via a ducted gas system.

There is a full kitchen including gas cooktop & electric oven plus all the basics you will need and more - There is a fridge/freezer and dishwasher for use and not to mention ample cooking utensils & crockery. Adjoined to the kitchen, there is a dining room suitable for up to 4 guests.

The Bathroom is as quirky as they come. From the original green fixtures & fittings from the 50's, you are taken on a trip down memory lane. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower and separate bathtub, all supporting the classic 50's theme, it would be a shame to get rid of it! There is also a separate toilet located next to the bathroom.

To the rear of the home, you are surrounded by private gardens, with enough outdoor seating for a family to enjoy. Make use of the BBQ and spend the afternoon relaxing with your loved ones.

Perfectly located
We stayed for 4 night (2 adults 2 kids aged 15 & 11). The house was comfortable and we were grateful for the heater and electric blankets. Perfectly located - perched on a hill overlooking the town it has a beautiful view of the sunset in the evenings from the lounge. A short drive to the beach and to view whales. We were lucky to see a few.
