Schöne Wohnung mit etwas verbesserungspotential.

Kinderfreundliches Geschirr wäre noch klasse es waren leider nur 2 plastik becher vorhanden super wäre noch Teller und schüsseln aus plastik für Kinder und auch eine etwas größere stückzahl zb. 6-8 Stück. Bei sonne ist es in den Schlafräumen sehr warm eine beschattungsmöglichkeit von außen wäre noch klasse

Alles in allem ok

Eine schöne Ferienwohnung, die - alles in allem - hält was in der Anzeige versprochen wird. Ein paar Abstriche sollen aber nicht unerwähnt bleiben. Das Fenster in einem der Schlafzimmer ist zu klein um eine ausreichende Belüftung zu gewährleisten. Überdies kann das innen befestigte Faltrollo dieses Zimmers nur mit einer Leiter bewegt werden und verdunkelt bauartbedingt nicht komplett. Wir hätten uns vielleicht noch eine offenere Terrasse und einen Backofen gewünscht. Ach ja -Ende 2023 soll das direkt gegenüberliegende Haus abgerissen werden, es sollte - zumindest vorübergehend - mit Bauaktivitäten gerechnet werden.

schönes Haus in guter Lage

Das Haus war sehr zentral in Wangerooge gelegen. Nachdem wir den Vermieter selbst haben kontaktieren müssen, hat aber die Übergabe sehr gut und reibungslos funktioniert. Leider war das Haus an verschiedenen Stellen nicht ordentlich sauber. An den Fußleisten insbesondere in der KÜche wurde wohl diese Saison noch keine Reinigung vorgenommen. Alles in Allem aber trotzdem sehr empfehlenswert.

Eine sehr geräumige, moderne schöne Wohnung. Auch wenn wir ein paar Minuten länger gebraucht haben, als in der Beschreibung angegeben, ist die Lage top und wir waren Ruck-Zuck beim Bäcker und in der Fußgängerzone. Wir waren mit vier erwachsenen und vier Kindern (4,2,1,1) da und würden wieder kommen.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung über 2 Ebenen

Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Matratzen sind hochwertig. Die Lage der Wohnung ist gut. Die Schlüsselübergabe konnte am Anreisetag schon vor 16 Uhr stattfinden und war unkompliziert. Wenn die Terassentüren, die von der Strasse aus zugänglich sind, abschließbar wären oder dort Jalousien angebracht wären, hätte ich mich noch sicherer gefühlt.

Ideale Wohnung für Familien mit Kindern

Meine Töchter und ich sowie die 5 Kinder waren begeistert von der besonders angenehmen und praktischen Wohnung. Sie gab uns genügend Bewegungsfreiheit, war großzügig und stilvoll eingerichtet. Besonders gut fanden wir den Waschraum mit Maschine und Trockner sowie die Abstellkammer für Koffer, Schuhe usw. Die Nähe zum Strand war ideal.
