"Everything about our trip was lovely. Except the room we were given. Our room 17 located at the back of the building above the kitchen. The noise of the air con units from the kitchen started work about 4am. There was no air con in the room and it was extremely warm in there. We couldn’t open the windows because of the noise. Phylis Court is a lovely place to stay if you don’t have this type of room. The service is above and beyond the location is delightful and so near the town "

"We enjoyed our short stay at this Guesthouse. Wished we could have used the garden patio but our time was short. From LHR it was a quick ride costing £1.75 one way from the bus terminal in front of terminal 4 at the airport. Would love to stay at this heritage home again."

"This house is very convenient to the airport. The check in by code and room lock by code works well. But you get what you pay for, my room had a bed and old deck nothing more. But having access to a kitchen is nice and there is a store on the same block. When I was there washer/dryer and dishwasher were both out of order. Easy to get to by cab or Uber. If you just need a place to sleep for the night it’s fine. I would not recommend for long term stay. "

"Excellent!! Much better than expensive hotels. They provide all amenities a traveller needs at free of cost, that would have costed few bucks in hotel. Also free parking. What a big size for the TV, I felt like watching in theatre. Very clean Guest House, nice Hall, stunningly beautiful garden where you can sit, relax, eat under the sky. "It wasn’t great! The heating was stuck on and it was too hot and so we had to have windows open and listen to aeroplanes taking off and landing. There was no shower gel, only hand wash where it should have been, the ironing board had come off of the wall and was being kept in the cupboard with massive sharp screws sticking out of it… We called customer service for some advise with parking and they said they would call us back but didnt…. Should have paid an extra tenner and stayed at the...

"Friendly clean and excellent accommodation "

"Was attending a conference at the Farnborough Conference center and this was a quick 5 minute walk from there (through a shortcut). Room was spacious and had everything I needed. Breakfast is freshly cooked and comes with quite a few choices."

"I saw lots of complaints on reviews but gave it a chance as it was very cheap. Basically - you get what you pay for, and a bit more. For £45 - £20 deposit I got a reasonable room with coffee making facilities and very good service. I would stay again as it was so cheap and really friendly staff. Many thanks"

Food at the restaurant was outstanding especially the Sunday roast definitely recommend the property and restaurant and would use the property in the future as Heathrow Airport was close by and easy to access.
