"We booked this property as the picture on website looked nice. It said we would share bathroom only with people in our party, this was booked as non-refundable. We only book properties with en-suite usually but as said it would only be shared with our party. Once booking came through I checked the postcode and found that the property was down a private road which you could not view on google maps. "We had an incredible stay celebrating my 30th birthday with friends. The house was even better than expected and had everything we could need. Communication with the hosts was easy and always speedy. There were lots of games to play on site, and with the weather being lovely we were able to make the most of the tennis and even a rounders set that was provided. Would recommend to anyone!"

"The lodge has plenty of space and is really well equipped. The location is lovely, and nice and quiet! We didn’t use the cafe/bar on site but it looked popular. Perfect place to explore the Norfolk area."

"Super clean, spacious, lovely private garden with badminton rackets and football. Well stocked with tea, coffee, toilet paper, salt & pepper etc etc. 3 generations stayed a week and we loved it. Simple to find. Plenty of room. We didn't find the road a problem with noise at all. Easy walk into town and to the swimming pool. We had a smashing time. Would highly recommend!"
