The hotel shares an outdoor garden space with neighboring hotel, and it is a great experience to sit in the lounge chairs and enjoy the beautiful views which overlook the lake and marina below. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very eco conscious and more minimal with amenities but the location, cleanliness and comfort of hotel are worth the stay. If you can, reserve a room with the outdoor shared terrace where you can walk out to and see Lake Thun from your room. It is amazing! "

"Overall a nice hotel and great location- only few mins away by bus to station that connects to different locations. Bus stop right in front of hotel. Would have been more comfortable to have standard tea station in rooms as had to always go downstairs to get a hot beverage for kids. Room was cleaned but noticed sink in bathroom was never cleaned during stay. "

"I really enjoyed the cooking facilities and lounge area on the first floor. As my room as small it was a good place to relax when I wasn't out and about. I was a little apprehensive about the digital keys on the app at first but it worked very well. I was very pleased to be able to access my room early as it was available and to be able to leave my luggage and continue to use the communal areas for 7 hours between check out for the room and 6pm. Much appreciated as my train was at 4pm. Room was very quiet despite both the hotel and the area being busy. Lovely place to stay. It is also a really convenient 3 mins walk from the station - once you get out of the labarynthine station complex. "
