"Very accommodating manager. Couldn't do more to make us comfortable!! One criticism is the shower was tricky!! Hot water didn't come on easily. We eventually got it going after seeing the notice on the wall. The shower floor was very slippery, as the curtains didn't keep the outside dry, so quite dangerous when wet. I had to dry the floor leading to the toilet to prevent my husband, and myself, from slipping. Needs an air vent/ expel fan. The kitchen could benefit also from an expel fan. "

"Lovely helpful host. Great well appointed unit, spacious and everything we needed. The heaters kept us cosy after we woke to -1 degree in the morning. Thank you for the great user friendly laundry facilities. We felt the hot water system could have been better. The shower was weak and hard to get really hot and we boiled the kettle to wash the dishes."
